How it Works

A step-by-step guide to securing your home at Vivid.

1. Figure out if you qualify
Your household income less than $150,000? You are eligible to purchase at Vivid.
2. Understand the terms of engagement
Only you, the purchaser, can live at Vivid, and you must live at Vivid for a minimum of two years before selling.
3. Know your dough.
Have you got 10% to put down on the purchase price? Can you provide proof of financing?
4. Follow your paper trail.
Dig out your T4, T1, or your Notice of Assessment from the past two years.
5. Sign here.
Guess what? That’s a PURCHASE AGREEMENT!
6. Dot the I’s and cross the T’s.
Read the covenant, meet with a notary and with the third-party administrator, and attend the mandatory education session. Congratulations! You now have a hot downtown address, right here at Vivid.
